Congleton’s popular Food and Drink Festival was created by Congleton Community Projects and started in 2009 with just 40 stalls. Now there are over 100. It is held annually on the second Sunday in June and brings 20,000+ visitors to our town.
Our festival hosts local, innovative producers, a superb range of global street food pop- ups, plus an intriguing range of drinks: home-made flavoured gins and liqueurs, craft beers, regional microbreweries, ciders and local wines.
All set to a back drop of live music, magic, street entertainment, stiltwalking, balloon bending and the popular Tasty Traveller Passport project for kids.
